The staff was very helpful.I booked Lovina inn at nagoya instead of the one near BCS mall.He was able to settle the issue promptly.He even suggested to me to book through the hotel watsapp instead of those travel website

Staff helpful and friendly. I wrongly book location at Nagoya Location Penuin staff very helpful , help me change my booking from Nagoya to Penuin Location very nearby to BCS mall , Tim Sum, cincai cafe , A2 Food Court and behind have market
